The site

This site has no cookies, no trackers and no analytics. Your browser only remembers, on your own device, that you said you are 21 or older and the theme you picked.

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it handles your IP address to deliver the pages.

The beta sign-up

If you apply, the form sends your first name, email, country, state, the link to your store’s online menu, your computer, how often you buy flower and the language of the page you used.

We use it only to choose the testers and to write to you about the beta and the launch. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

It is kept in our mailing service, Acumbamail, which sends the emails. You first get an email to confirm; until you confirm, your application does not count.

How long we keep it

If you do not get a spot, we write to you once, on launch day, and delete your data 30 days after the launch.

If you are in Canada, you stay on the waitlist until the beta reaches you, or until you leave the list.

Your results file

Testers save a results file from the app and choose whether to send it. It carries no name, email, notes, store names or prices. Before the surveys open, this notice will say where the file and the survey answers are kept.

What you can ask for

Every email has a link to leave the list: we stop writing to you right away. Our mailing service keeps a note that you left, so it never writes to you again. To have your data erased, write to us; you can also ask to see or correct it.
